I’m Jessica, a UI/UX Designer in Sacramento, California. I have a strong enthusiasm for design and a commitment to learning. I’m excited to bring fresh perspectives and a user-centered approach to crafting compelling and intuitive digital experiences.

Using my background in photography, I bring a sense of creative vision to the designs I create. I utilize the skills I learned in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to bring that vision to life. There is a correlation between the attention to detail photography requires and the many moving pieces throughout UI/UX design. This has allowed me to blend design thoughts naturally. The smallest changes can make the most significant impact. 

Applying my professional background in Customer Service, I provide empathetic and thorough research to my designs. Effectively communicating with others while actively listening is a skill. Customer Service is a great place to hone these skills, which translate well into the research side of User Experience Design. 

I am seeking a generalist role in an agency or in-house design team. I want to be surrounded by other team members to continue learning and growing in this profession. I am an extremely hard worker who is adept at change. I am ready to be part of a team.
